Principal Consultant and Trainer
Marion has an extensive background in Logistics management, particularly the Import
& Export sectors. She is responsible for managing the company and supporting
the rest of the team so that the best possible service is provided to our
Associate Consultant and Trainer
Davie served 35 years in the Army and is a BTEC qualified Electrical Engineer. He has extensive experience of delivering and managing within the training environment, and held senior Logistics and Facilities Management positions within the military. Davie is a qualified First Aid Trainer & Assessor and draws on his decades of experience to deliver exciting and highly informative First Aid training courses. Davie also has extensive experience in Health and Safety and was a senior Health & Safety advisor for over 10 years during his military service.

Peripatetic VQ Assessor and Internal Verifier
Paddy is a fully qualified and highly experienced “Chartered”
Waste Manager whose background is Local Authority Waste Services where he
has over 30 years experience in a variety of management roles. Paddy provides
us with high quality Vocational Qualification (VQ) assessment services in
waste management as well as acting as an additional Internal Verifier (IV)
for the company.
